Before you try to write feature sections on your website, make sure that your product marketing fundamentals are in place.
Start with this template:
◼️ Context
→ this is the current way they are doing things without your product in the picture
🟥 Problem
→ this is what issues are caused by doing things this way
🟧 Capability
→ this is the primary unlock that is enabled by using your product
🟩 Feature
→ this is the piece of your product that makes the capability possible
🟦 Benefit
→ this is the outcome of using the capability and the improved end state
Once you have these pieces in place, you can translate them into a feature section using the template in the picture.
I have given a sample example for how Slack could write a section about their channels feature.
