Here's an example using the messaging testing platform Wynter.
(I chose them as an example because Peep Laja and his team are actually good at product marketing, so I could answer all these questions directly from their website.)
1️⃣ Top half — Minimum Viable Positioning
→ this is your "explain the company in two sentences" elevator pitch
→ here is where you say something about the market and something about your product
→ if you can't answer all eight boxes definitively, don't fear! Just answer as many as you can and make sure you answer AT LEAST one from the market side and one from the product side
2️⃣ Bottom half — Value Propositions
→ these are your three "arguments" of why someone should use your product
→ keep in mind, each of those three sub-use cases could get their OWN three value propositions as well (these can cascade into each other).
→ you could also add MORE use cases if needed (Wynter actually has four listed on their homepage, but I just added three for simplicity's sake).
