When to use:
→ You’re a horizontal product and are targeting several personas.
Good example: Calendly
3️⃣ The Differentiator
When to use:
→ You’re in a mature product category and the market is saturated
Good example: Less Annoying CRM
4️⃣ The Channel-Changer
When to use:
→ You’re an extremely mature, multi-product company.
Good example: Rippling
