Yet, when I ask early stage founders about their Go-to-Market motions, they say:

↳ There is no way they have the resources to figure out all these channels at once.
Instead, it's far more effective to deploy your limited resources towards the optimal channel for your specific product.
Harry Stebbings recently posted his opinion on this topic saying that startups only need a single channel to get to $50M ARR — And I totally agree!
