First 30 days:
- A Shared Workspace: To keep all the activities, documents, and deliverables in one place, we will create a shared workspace through Coda. No account creation necessary. It functions as a website for you and your team. You will have access to it forever, even after our engagement is complete.
- The Buyer’s Journey Map: To get up to speed quickly, we create a “buyers journey map”. We use the Fletch methodology to understand your product’s value proposition, along with understanding your differentiated value, the market and ICP, your sales process, buyers’ objections, and your ask (free trial or demo).
- Paid Ads Account Audits: We audit 2 ad accounts of your choice with immediately actionable insights. This helps set up the landing pages for the best chance of success.
Next 30 days:
- Create your landing page wireframes: Once you sign off on the Buyers Journey Map, we get to work on your landing page set. Depending on your product or segment mix, you will receive at minimum 5 landing page wireframes with finished messaging.
- Landing page implementation: Your team reviews the wireframes and sends them to your development team for implementation.
- Distribution strategy: You will receive distribution strategy for the landing pages (what ads go to what landing page)
Final 30 days:
- Reporting: We will review reporting together. We will show you how we identify the signals of consumption to look for.
- Create testing roadmap: We will create a roadmap for future variations and tests based on feedback and reporting data.
Train your teams on optimizations: We teach you how to fish so your teams can keep going without us.
